What makes SuperBee different
SuperBee isn't a faceless eco brand with outsourced production. It's a social enterprise, founded in 2016 in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, where every product is still made by hand today. The team is made up mostly of women from the villages surrounding Chiang Mai, and they're paid 20% above the living wage recommended by the Fair Trade Association. Every order you place funds real, fairly paid jobs in a rural community — not just another product.

Anyone can call themselves sustainable. That's why SuperBee puts its standards to an independent test: B Corp certification, an external audit covering the whole business — working conditions, environmental footprint, supply chain, community impact. Honesty over hype
"100% plastic-free" makes a great headline — but it isn't always true, and when it isn't, we say so. The bristles on our bamboo toothbrushes are nylon (the handle composts; the bristles go into recycling). The snap fasteners on our reusable kitchen roll are plastic — though the roll itself replaces one throwaway paper roll after another for years. We'd rather tell you an honest "almost" than a polished "completely".
