Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions
From an order value of € 50.00 we deliver free of charge throughout EUROPE.
Delivery is made to the following countries.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per order.

Deliveries within the EU:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95 per order.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.95 per order.

Please note that additional customs duties may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. For this purpose, we will transmit the delivery address as the recipient of customs duties.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-3 days, while international deliveries take 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment orders, after receipt of payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
