Payment methods
Pay whichever way suits you best. Every purchase is additionally covered by Trusted Shops Buyer Protection.
- PayPal — pay with your PayPal account, with Pay Later and instalment options if you like.
- Credit card — processed securely via PayPal; no PayPal account required.
- Apple Pay — checkout in seconds with your Apple device.
- Google Pay — just as fast with your Google account.
- Local payment methods via PayPal — depending on your country, checkout offers further options such as SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, eps, Przelewy24 or BLIK.
- Prepayment by bank transfer (Germany and Austria only) — we ship as soon as your payment has arrived.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Orders of 50 € or more ship free of charge throughout Europe. Below that, these flat rates per order apply (VAT included):

All orders ship from Germany. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If your order contains items with different delivery times, we send everything together in one parcel — the longest stated delivery time then applies.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway, additional customs charges may apply and are payable by you as the recipient.
Our shipping partners
We ship with DHL within Germany and to Switzerland and Norway, and with GLS to all other EU countries.
