Our Loofah Shower & Exfoliating Sponges are made from natural Thai loofah – a plant from the gourd family – and 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. To make our products as sustainable as possible, we use fabric scraps from the production of our beeswax wraps. They are handmade in collaboration with the One Sky Foundation, an NGO supporting displaced women and families from Myanmar. So, your purchase does far more than just give you cleaned and exfoliated skin. The various designs of the sets are randomly and lovingly selected by our SuperBee team.

Our sustainable loofah shower & exfoliating sponges are also fully biodegradable. After three to four months of use, they can be composted – simply dispose of them in your compost bin and let nature do the rest.

The loofah is mainly known from the bathroom, but its sponge-like texture and coarse surface also make it perfect for the kitchen. So feel free to check out our eco-friendly loofah dish sponges!

How to use:

Before first use: Soak your loofah shower & exfoliating sponge in water for 2–3 minutes until it becomes soft and plump.
Apply an eco-friendly soap and cleanse your skin as usual.
Rinse the sponge thoroughly and let it air dry.
Tip: Occasionally clean the sponge in a vinegar solution or by boiling it.
When it’s time for a new loofah shower & exfoliating sponge, simply compost the old one.
