Frequently asked questions

Does it really replace paper towels?

Yes – the terry cloth is considerably more absorbent than paper, and with six towels in rotation you always have a clean one at hand while the others are in the wash.

How do the snap buttons work?

Every towel has snap buttons at the corners: simply unclip the front towel, use it and clip it back onto the roll after washing. To be honest: the snaps are made of sturdy plastic – so the roll is not 100 % plastic-free. They last for many years though, and every roll replaces countless paper rolls.

How hot can I wash the towels?

Up to 60 °C in the washing machine – enough for hygienic cleanliness in everyday kitchen life.

Can I use the towels on faces and hands too?

Absolutely – the organic cotton is super soft. Many families also use the towels as napkins or for cleaning children's hands and faces.
